Volumes have been written on this item, and the conflict and discussion about where the "hot" slot machine games are located in a casino are still there - over sixty years after slots were 1st added to the gaming floor in the casinos.

The classic rule is that the best slot machines were installed just inside the main door of the casino; so that fun seekers walking by would be able to see real jackpot winners and be attracted to come inside ... play. Our resolve is that this is definitely no longer the case.

Most of the big name casinos presently are behemothic complexes and you can no longer see inside from the sidewalk, so there is no longer a reason to put the 'loose' slot machine games in close proximity to any doorways.
